Recap: Driving Cloud Acceleration at AWS EBA Vietnam with Concierto

Day 1: Hands-On Immersion in Hybrid Cloud Migrations

The first day kicked off with a high-energy workshop attended by over 30 on-site and 10 virtual technical engineers representing seven AWS partner organizations across Vietnam. Concierto led the majority of the day’s agenda, delivering an immersive experience that combined platform walkthroughs, real-time use cases, and practical exercises.

Participants completed guided Discovery, Assessment, and Migration workflows using the Concierto MIGRATE platform – all in one session. The interactive format, supported by dedicated technical facilitators and multilingual capabilities, enabled a 100% completion rate across all scenarios – a significant leap forward in hands-on engagement compared to previous sessions.

Key highlights included:

• A seamless, high-touch experience backed by pre-session dry runs and localized language support

• Strong participant engagement and positive feedback, including a standing ovation for the delivery team

• Platform stability and ease-of-use, showcasing how automation can drive real-world efficiency

Day 2: Strategic Conversations with Partner Leadership

Building on Day 1’s success, the second day focused on strategic engagement with leadership teams from participating partners. In a series of focused 1:1 discussions, we explored opportunities for collaboration in migration, modernization, and hybrid cloud operations. These sessions opened several high-potential paths for partnership expansion, pilot opportunities, and near-term pipeline development.

Site visits to partner offices further deepened engagement, allowing face-to-face conversations with key decision-makers and creating space for valuable relationship building beyond the workshop setting.
